We work with charities, non-profits and social enterprises, from the smallest operations with only two or three personnel to huge, multi-national charities with offices and operations across the globe.
Many clients are happy to lend their name to our work while others are more shy about revealing their secrets!
Here’s a selection of the former.
Helping CharityComms to get the most out of Salesforce
CharityComms is the membership network for communications professionals working in UK charities. They’re here to help raise the standards of communications across the sector, to fly the flag for communications as a vital strategic function at the heart of charities, and to connect communications professionals through sharing best practice.
Charities can join CharityComms as organisational members, so that the whole comms team benefits, or professionals can join as individual members. They also have a number of corporate partners who are suppliers to the charity communications sector and who support our goal of improving the standards of communications for all charities.
CharityComms’ services include:
All of the above are managed using Salesforce.
CharityComms have been using Salesforce for a number of years but they were becoming increasingly frustrated by the lack of documentation and overall understanding of how the system was working for them. The system is business critical to CharityComms and they were looking for a trusted partner to address current issues and to work with moving forward.
Feedback from CharityComms
"Giveclarity were able to grasp our complex systems really quickly and give us clear direction in how we should prioritize development. They are incredibly intuitive to our skills set and allow us to take on and manage work were appropriate whilst they retain the more complex development functions which works out very cost effective.
The team are incredibly friendly, very patient and always provide a clear explanation of why they are approaching work in a particular way - this really does create a fantastic working relationship".
