ARUK have been investing in IT infrastructure to keep up to speed with their significant growth in income since 2014/15.

They had outgrown their previous CRM system (Raiser’s Edge) and wanted to move to a new platform that was more flexible, future proofed and could be used by all teams (as some were working outside of the Raiser’s Edge). Salesforce was chosen as their preferred platform.

The Challenge

The Results

  • Successful Go Live with a Direct debit Claim file submission just days after Go Live.
  • Over 40 million records migrated from the legacy CRM.
  • Fundraisers can better understand and reconcile their data with less reliance on the Data Team.
  • Survey of 165 ARUK Salesforce users shows increase in levels of satisfaction in areas such as usability, collaboration and working more efficiently.
  • File imports follow standardised procedures and teams have visibility and can proactively troubleshoot data issues.
  • Finance team can reconcile income entirely from the CRM.
  • ARUK now have 360 visibility on their supporters.
