The Challenge

Changing Faces were current users of Salesforce but they wished to move their activities around the Skin Camouflage Service onto Salesforce.

Project Aims

Enable Changing Faces to:

  • Manage, administrate, record and evaluate clients and their journey through the Skin Camouflage Service, including integration of client data from the website forms
  • Manage the volunteers associated with the service from the point of recruitment, through training, and monitoring and recording their volunteering activity
  • Run reports to monitor the quality of service delivery and outcomes for clients
  • Join up effectively with the existing client service functions in Salesforce

The Solution

  • Customisation of existing Salesforce including new objects to record clinics and appointments
  • Integration with FormAssembly app for various forms
  • Workflows for automated outbound emails and internal task generation and field updates
  • Set up of reports and dashboards
  • Data transformation and data loading into Salesforce


Extending the use of Salesforce meant an improvement in the Client and Volunteer journey, reduced costs and a more efficient way of working for the team at Changing Faces.
