Charlie House was a new charity using excel and other ways of recording their fundraiisng activity. They felt it was time to invest in a robust and scalable CRM for their fundraising activities, and they chose Salesforce and Giveclarity.
To set up Salesforce to meet their needs and train the team on its use.
Salesforce and the NPSP was set up, and we mapped fields from the excel sheets being used into Salesforce. We then worked with the Charlie House team to reformat and import their data into Salesforce, and trained them on how to use Salesforce. Charlie House then became a support client of ours in 2015 and we have been supporting them ever since.
