The Trust wanted to procure the services of a company to implement Salesforce and ensure that all the adaptations/add ons to Salesforce specified are implemented.
They had been using a bespoke Management Information System which was unreliable:
- Unable to communicate via text
- Unable to tailor communications
- Relied upon a manual list of those who did not wish to receive certain communications
- Unable to effectively capture data on third party contact details in a usable format
- Could not produce management reports (e.g. number of beneficiaries with a particular disability)
- The health information was not integrated with broader beneficiary information
