The Challenge

The aim was to transform the supporter experience in order to grow Unicef UK’s supporter base, personalise interactions and become more efficient and effective. They achieved this using Nonprofit Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

  • Clarity Banking (Giveclarity AppExchange App) for Banking processing – BACS reconciliation and follow-on processes
  • Clarity Gift Aid (Giveclarity AppExchange App) – to automate HMRC Gift Aid claiming
  • Jitterbit and Clarity Data Transform for importing third party files
  • Extensive suite of reports and dashboards
  • Data Migration: migrated 40M records to Salesforce
