The Global Shared CRM is built in collaboration with many SCA members following a rigourous process of identifying common requirements that provide a jump start for SCA members on CRM implementation by unifying data, building common business process and providing guidance on best practices.

We have been very mindful of the local customisations that will be needed by SCA members and ensured that the solution can be very easily enhanced to meet local needs. The package is now ready to be implemented by the first SCA member!
