Giveclarity is a Salesforce.org Premium level partner for non-profits using Salesforce. We are also an ISV partner with three apps on the AppExchange.
Between us, and together, we’ve helped hundreds of organisations , from small social enterprises to some of the largest global charities.
A strong, well-developed team, we’ve worked together as a team specifically in using Salesforce to help the charity sector. We each work for Giveclarity because we want to use our skills and experience to further enhance the great results which charities and non-profits achieve. We work hard to ensure clients get the best out of their CRM (customer relationship management) and fundraising.

She comes from a background of web design and digital marketing and she's been working with Marketing Cloud for the past couple of years. As a teenager she used to spend some time volunteering at a fair trade shop and talking about fair trade at nearby schools. As an adult she decided she wanted to take her career to a place where she could keep helping organizations somehow and that's how she decided to join our team. She's a comic book fan and will gladly explain to anyone who asks why Wonder Woman is the best superhero ever.

Julie is a highly experienced Consultant, with over 15 years of Salesforce configuration experience. Her many strengths include business analysis, data migration and managing pre-built ‘packages’, based on her deep understanding of fundraising processes and channels. Outside of the day job, Julie’s interests include music, languages (not just the computer programming type!) reading and camping and can be seen at various locations when on holiday in her VW camper van.

For the last 2 and a half years Steve has been working with Giveclarity, working in the Data Migration part of the business, configuring and manipulating data to fit their client’s data models.

He ran pre-checks and upload to NPSP using PostgreSQL and Jitterbit for UNHCR Sweden and implementing pre-checks and upload to NPSP using MySQL and Talend for Greenpeace Nordic. Steve has an 18 month year old son, who keeps him busy when not working. If he has the energy at the end of an evening, he enjoys playing guitar and gaming with his better half.

Aske has a background in the financial industry. He has been working on Salesforce implementations since 2011, and has a degree in IT Business from the IT University of Copenhagen.

Aske has been lead consultant on multiple large Salesforce implementations for Giveclarity, including our UNICEF Sweden project which won the '2020 Partner Innovation Award' in the Nonprofit category. As our Head of Functional Solutions, Aske is entrusted with collating and defining Giveclarity's NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud platform solutions, as well as declarative configuration and release management best practice.

Kate is an accredited Salesforce Consultant, with a degree in Computer Science and 25+ years’ experience in project management and business analysis.

Her expertise has been built in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She excels at optimising organisational effectiveness and communicating across the business, client and technical areas. Outside the office, she is passionate about the visual and performance arts, is addicted to cold water swimming and is a fanatical Liverpool FC supporter.

Shaun brings a wide breadth of technology experience to his role as a Consultant. In leading IT projects, including SAP HR implementations involving complex security and portal elements, Shaun can see the ‘big picture’ in addition to the fine detail.

Her great passion is travelling and use every opportunity to do so.

He is responsible for developing a scalable marketing strategy upon which future growth can be built. Expert in marketing automation, he enjoys participating in pre-sales exercises to help generate ideas that he will then supervise being implemented into a live solution. In addition, his strong computing background and his dedication to digital marketing allow him to have both executive-level and deep technical conversations to joint the business needs with the IT capabilities.

Over the past eight years, he has supported charities with cloud computing through Salesforce.com – perhaps the best fit for his skills yet. Some might say he’s a bit of ‘polymath’. At least, as an author, preacher and chess master, Andrew is certainly one of life’s thinkers!

Lucy has worked with CRM's since 2001, as an end user, system administrator for a multi-national corporate and as a Project Manager for over 15 years.

Certified in SixSigma and also a Scrum Master, Lucy is the Head of Project Delivery here at Giveclarity. Lucy has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro for The Alzheimer’s Society, is a keen photographer and enjoys watching her favourite football team (Watford, someone has to…) at Vicarage Road!

David is Giveclarity’s Head of Business Development, and draws on the significant experience he has gained through working in the charity sector for over 20 years – through CRM consultancy roles, as well as inside charities in technical and fundraising roles.

She has experience working directly for both Salesforce customers and partners as well as working independently as a freelance consultant. Layla’s interests include yoga and meditation, reading and going for long walks with her four-legged friend.
James has 11 years’ experience in the charity and public sector. Prior to joining Giveclarity, he worked for over four years on the Salesforce platform, first as a CRM Business Analyst for a major international children’s charity and then as Salesforce Product Owner for an international development charity. James also volunteers for an emergency relief charity who provide emergency shelter and other essential items to families who have lost their homes to disasters. So far, he has been deployed to Fiji following cyclone Winston and Dominica after hurricane Maria.

In his spare time, Sam resides in Bath, Somerset, where he is a musician, guitar-builder, and rusty Spanish speaker.

Mark has 16 years of experience working in the technology field and has been working in Salesforce since 2008.

She is an experienced Salesforce owner with a demonstrated history of managing and training within the Salesforce ecosystem, for corporates, professional services and start-ups, from planning, system implementation and ongoing training, development and delivery for users and businesses.

She provides training strategies and coaching for Salesforce users, including cultural change and development through face to face session, online and content packs. In her spare time, she prefers the company of things with four legs! In particular, she is the mother of cats and a re-trainer of racehorses.

After graduating from Oxford with a French degree, George moved to Uruguay in 2009 and never looked back. He has been developing on the platform since 2011 and has a number of certifications.

Julia heads up the Customer Success Team at Giveclarity, including support, training, marketing and she also co-hosts the Salesforce London, UK Nonprofit User Group. Julia’s versatility also extends into her love of sport, which includes skiing and squash, and especially tennis – which, of course, means that you can rely on her service at Giveclarity (sorry!).

Koen is an experienced developer with over 4 years of Salesforce & Web Development experience. Having worked as part of Deloitte’s Salesforce practices in both the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, he’s developed a strong functional skillset to compliment his technical expertise.
