‘Collaboration’ key as UNICEF Sweden Go Live

News

Completing a monumental project within 12 months and under budget, this is a stellar example of what non-profits can achieve with Giveclarity!

UNICEF Sweden have adopted Salesforce’s market-leading cloud platform for nonprofits to drastically improve all aspects of their operation. We have been UNICEF Sweden’s Salesforce partner, going from strength to strength following our groundbreaking project with UNICEF UK. One of the key benefits for Unicef Sweden is that the system enables a 360-degree, single supporter view across the entire organisation – utilising the unrivalled power of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Service Cloud for Supporter Care, our own Clarity Banking and Clarity Data Transform apps, along with a vast array of integrations from Nintex DocGen to CloudCall for tele-marketing. Crucially, this has allowed them to radically overhaul their supporter experience.

No small feat!

UNICEF Sweden needed to develop a modern system that could engage and maintain their fast growing number of supporters. Their ’global parents’ comprised 300,000 individual supporters, contributing c. 421 million Swedish Kronor (£36 million) a year. In particular, migrating 750,000 supporter records to Salesforce was no mean feat, but Salesforce and Giveclarity were very much up to the job!

Word from inside…

Aske Bong-Saxe, lead consultant at Giveclarity, said:

Throughout this project, from early Scoping through to the Build-phase, to testing, data migration and go-live planning, the core value that really seems to have guided everyone has been collaboration. The mutual trust and respect between the Unicef Sweden and Giveclarity project teams has been absolutely amazing, and I’m both proud and a little sad that it is coming to and end now.

Pernilla Baralt, General Director of UNICEF Sweden, said:

UNICEF Sweden have now taken the next step to enhance our supporters’ experience. Giveclarity’s team of senior professionals and Salesforce experts made them the right partner for us in this digital transformation. The adoption of Salesforce will help Unicef Sweden to be more efficient and more relevant to our supporters. The technology helps Unicef Sweden to build and maintain trusted and lasting relationships with beneficiaries and supporters. With this transformation Unicef Sweden make significant strides toward our cause to reach a world where the rights of every child are realized.
