‘Collaboration’ key as UNICEF Sweden Go Live


Completing a monumental project within 12 months and under budget, this is a stellar example of what non-profits can achieve with Giveclarity!


UNICEF Sweden have adopted Salesforce’s market-leading cloud platform for nonprofits to drastically improve all aspects of their operation. We have been UNICEF Sweden’s Salesforce partner, going from strength to strength following our groundbreaking project with UNICEF UK. One of the key benefits for Unicef Sweden is that the system enables a 360-degree, single supporter view across the entire organisation – utilising the unrivalled power of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Service Cloud for Supporter Care, our own Clarity Banking and Clarity Data Transform apps, along with a vast array of integrations from Nintex DocGen to CloudCall for tele-marketing. Crucially, this has allowed them to radically overhaul their supporter experience.


No small feat!

UNICEF Sweden needed to develop a modern system that could engage and maintain their fast growing number of supporters. Their ’global parents’ comprised 300,000 individual supporters, contributing c. 421 million Swedish Kronor (£36 million) a year. In particular, migrating 750,000 supporter records to Salesforce was no mean feat, but Salesforce and Giveclarity were very much up to the job!
