Giveclarity win the Global Salesforce Partner Innovation Award (Nonprofit Category) 2022!

We are delighted to announce that we have won (for the THIRD time!) the Global Salesforce Partner Innovation Award (Nonprofit Category) for our work with Greenpeace Nordic! 🏆

Over 850 success stories were submitted for consideration, but we were proud to hear that our submission was “exceptional and stood out in the award category.”

This project, incorporating both Nonprofit Cloud & Marketing Cloud, involved numerous innovations to unify processes, supporters & countries at scale behind Greenpeace Nordic’s vital global mission 📈:

  1. Unification of banking process across 4 countries via Clarity Banking
  2. Use of Salesforce Screen Flow to allow Supporter Care teams to perform various actions all in one place
  3. Use of Clarity Data Transform to handle 20 different file formats across 4 countries
  4. Ability to quickly add new payment systems via Clarity Banking
  5. Integration of our Consents Accelerator to help easily manage consents and conform to GDPR requirements
