Our process

Step 1: Scoping
Working with your key staff we will discover your organisation's unique needs and explain the best ways to achieve and exceed your goals.

Step 2: Build
Working collaboratively we’ll configure Salesforce to the agreed specification and within the agreed budgets and timescales. We believe in being interactive, giving you sight of what’s happening at key stages.

Step 3: Testing & Training
We'll work with you on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) so you have fully tested everything and are happy with the system ready for Go Live. We'll deliver training to your users and administrators so they are ready too.

Step 4: Data Migration
In most projects, we'll work with you in parallel on data mapping from your old system to Salesforce, then on a sample data load and a full test load to a “sandbox” environment, before the final data migration just before go live.

Step 5: Go Live and beyond
When everyone’s ready we help you transfer to your new Salesforce platform. We'll have a detailed plan with multiple checks and tasks to complete. We also provide ongoing support after Go Live - helping you to grow and develop your use of Salesforce.
