Worldwide Cancer Research
Worldwide Cancer Research is Scotland’s only cancer research charity. A charity with a big reach, it funds bold, discovery research worldwide that kick-starts cures for cancer.
The Challenge
To move from a system of several different data silos and moving data from one system to another.

- To have a system that is easier to maintain, develop and update in-house
- To improve data integrity and security – minimise risk
- To have a more valuable reporting/management information source
- To be able to see performance in real time through live dashboards
- To increase revenue significantly one year from Go Live through better stewardship and better campaign data selection
- To increase supporters by 30% in this time (due to closer monitoring of activity and being able to react immediately to changes in circumstances/giving behaviour)

- Implementing mail merge using a designated third-party application, integrated with Salesforce
- Lightning interface, Paths and Process Builder to enhance supporter contact records and optimize user workflow – especially managing high-value solicitations
- Clarity Banking (Giveclarity AppExchange App) for Banking processing – BACS reconciliation and follow-on processes
