How it works
Kick-off & Planning
Start with Sprint 0, a workshop to prioritise your backlog and capture requirements to prepare for Sprint 1. Then we can start...
Execution
Work is often delivered in quarterly sprints, three weeks of development, one for testing (or whatever works best for you). Each quarter ends with a review to align future work.
Collaboration
Weekly or bi-weekly scrums, sprint planning, quarterly backlog refinements, and sprint reviews with Show & Tells keep everyone aligned. Priorities adjust as needed to maintain momentum.
